All written quotations are kept on file for one calender year, but are valid for 30 days only
Despatch dates are approximate and are calculated on receiving all necessary information to produce the parts you need.
We cannot eccept liability for delay in despatch of goods which are due to causes outside our control.
Can be received by telephone, fax, e mail, post or website. Please provide us with your Company's official order number. Our part number. Delivery Address if this is different from the Invoice Address. Your Part Number or any other information if required can be shown on our Despatch Note. Please mark all orders confirmation if the order has already been placed by other means.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE £20 + Carriage + VAT (if applicable)
Packing and Carriage is charged extra at cost. Goods can be despatched by Next Day, 3 Day, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Post or by Special Arrangement.

We reserve the right to increase prices where necessary.
Orders are not subject to cancellation, change or reduction in the quantity required, or suspension of deliveries without our consent.
Credit Account (Strictly net cash monthly or 45 days on approved accounts)
Payment with order, Pro-forma invoice, Credit Cards (Not American Express)+1.5% Debit Cards no charge.
Notification of returned goods must be received within 7 days of receipt and our agreement to accept in writing must be obtained before return.
All Standard Parts which may be re-stocked are subject to a 20% handling charge.
Customers Tooling is maintained on a regular basis and after each production run, moulds are stripped down and cleaned if necessary before being placed into storage ready fror the next order.
However, Customers Tooling which will not produce acceptable parts after reasonable maintenance will be subject to negotiation.
Relating to Tolerances and Quality of PLASTUC INJECTION MOULDED COMPONENTS AND MATERIAL SPECIFICATION is available on request.
